Background

Ms. Holland practices mainly in commercial and corporate law and has broad experience in share and asset purchases, financing transactions and securities agreements. In addition to her law degree, she is an electrical and biomedical engineer. Ms. Holland has developed a particular expertise in the area of intellectual property in the technology field, specifically as it pertains to trademarks, copyright and the protection and transfer of technology. Her counsel is sought and respected by several major multinationals in the telecommunications and electronics industries.

Ms. Holland is the recipient of numerous academic awards in both law and engineering — for which she holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s in biomedical engineering.
