Background
Louis B. Gascon founded Gascon & associates in 1979 and has since developed, and continues to develop, a solid corporate clientele. During his career, he has been involved in commercial litigation for a number of important cases as well as commercial and corporate planning and financial and corporate restructuring. He has extensive experience in shareholder relations and has developed a multi-jurisdictional commercial practice. Mr. Gascon is a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters. In 1989, in conjunction with several legal professionals from various fields and jurisdictions, he co-founded Legal Network International, an association of more than 45 law firms in approximately 40 countries throughout the world.
Mr. Gascon is the immediate past Chairman of Legal Network International.
