Background
Mr. Brown began his career in corporate and securities law with a Vancouver law firm in 1988. In 1992 he returned to Quebec to practice in the areas of banking, corporate and commercial law. He has extensive international experience gained from executive positions in two Montreal-based growth companies. In 2005, he returned to private practice, serving a broad business clientele including technology and life sciences companies.
