Background
Alexandre Béchard practises primarily in the area of civil and commercial litigation, and insolvency. His practise comprises all aspects of litigation, including strategic planning, drafting of procedures and representation before the various judicial courts.
Mr. Béchard also represents clients regarding real estate matters, particularly with regard to the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases.
Mr. Béchard began his career with a mid-sized law firm in Montreal before joining the team at Gascon & Associates in February 2009.
